The store was great when I had to place an online order. I wanted the balloons inflated on pick up, so they called me to clarify details. I left the details of the balloon bouquet in their hands. It turned out perfect!

Good staff. Friendly and helpful. FYI you have to buy the balloons and helium before they fill them up. If you're in a rush be sure to do this before buying your other supplies

No dark green balloon, I will have to order online. A lot of options and decoration ideas! Cashier was HELLA slow, but they cant all be good. Cute new baby display when you walk in, meant to be since I am planning a baby shower.
The manager Ameera is an absolute delight. She was working alone and was clearly busy, but she took the time to help me and answer all of my questions. When I was waiting at the cash she answered the phone and was very patient with the customer who called and answered all of their questions with a smile, even though she had a line of people waiting. Amazing customer service! She deserves to be recognized as a stand-up employee.
