This Morning we where just about to pay 240 000 for property. We had the worst experience ever. Woman from office was extremly unfelpfull and was not profesional at all. She did not even offer us to sead down when we came to the office. On our simple questions about the schools in this area and buses around the her answer was I am not sure, I am not living here. We said sorry about our this simple questions because we are first time Buyers she said to us do not worry I had even worst customers than you. On viewing we had to go alone in to the rooms and We had to guess which room is the master bedroom which is bathroom. Definietly not right person on that position.
The latest news about the 75million bonus is a disgrace. I wonder what the wage bill is for senior staff. The profits of all building companies should be reviewed. House buyers are being ripped off and house builders are fuelling property price increases. It's a disgrace.
