I found the whole approach from PAC very refreshing. They listened to what I wanted to achieve and then used their considerable skill and expertise to find the right solution for me. Their work was efficient, considerate and accurate. The other thing that I appreciated was the friendly attitude of everyone working on the project. It is rare these days to say this, but I was totally satisfied. In fact they went out of their way to hide cables that I had expected to be surface mounted. If you are thinking about having an automated gate – these are the people to call.

Had my gates now just over a year, call received with regards to my 1st service. Engineer came out promptly he was very polite and friendly. As pleased now as I was when they were first put in. I cant imagine life without my electric gates. Getting out of my car to open the old gate on cold frosty mornings is a distant memory. Im happy knowing my house, garden and dogs are safe and secure. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend PAC they are a friendly and professional company whose attention to detail is second to none.

Very disappointed. Surveyor (business owner) came to give me a quote for an automated gate. Left saying the quote would be with me by the following week. Despite calling to chase the quote and emailing all I have received is an apology that its been nearly four weeks now and still no quote. Apparently they are very busy! too busy to send out a simple quotation. I even asked for a verbal indication - nothing. I will go elsewhere. If they cant even be bothered to quote me reliably I dread to think of their reliability to turn up and do the work.
