Service ️️️ It was ok. I really appreciate that they could accommodate my request and create customised pizza calzone with all the cheese. Ambient ️️️️ It's tidy and clean, loads of space even when crowded but it was working week lunch time and the place was empty. Music choices were good and volume was appropriate. Hostes was welcoming and actually warned me that customised pizza might come with a cost which I appreciate. Pizza ️️ Unfortunately, I wasn't impressed as the pizza had a strong smell and aftertaste from the garlic oil used. There was loads of cheese and I really appreciate that but I either felt gorgonzola or garlic. Dough might have been a bit bread like but it was tasty. Desert ️ Tiramisu desert was so much like Sainsbury's one you can get in the fridge with a fresh sprinkle of cocoa powder and a lot nicer presentation. But presentation was all. Price ️️️ I would give four as they didn't actually charged me all the extra cheese but rather charged me for the more expensive calzone spicy carne and it made things easier for them and probably few pounds cheaper for me. But the price for tiramisu, 5.90, was ridiculous - I wouldn't mind paying that if it was actually good, but it wasn't. Overall ️️️

Shocking meal - 4 of us visited at 19:00 On a Saturday. 2 of 4 meals sent back with multiple others sending theirs back. Waitress misunderstood order 3 times. Dishes returned: Pizza and risotto. Manager seemed fraught however they did resolve the issue and the male waiter was brilliant. Hopefully next time will be better
The pizza here is probably amongst my favourite anywhere. It destroys the pizza chains like Pizza Hut and Domino's with ease. This particular branch of Prezzo has always given us great service and is even better value with the various 2 for 1 deals you can find online or through Tastecard. It will be such a shame to see it close.
My microwave can do better, they really have gone down hill the last few years. The service is OK but made up of people more interested in chatting with each other than serving. The food is lack luster at best.
Very nice meal - 2 courses for 10.50... very good value. Friendly waitress. Highly recommended for lunch
