Had a great experience with Rad jewelers. Was looking for a birthday gift for my wife and had a set budget in mind. Walked in and was able to talk through my initial vision for her gift and the owner worked with me. What started as a sketch on a piece of paper turned into a custom piece for my wife. We customized each part of the piece (diamond tennis bracelet) and created a one of one gift for my wife. Thank you again, she loved the piece !

Received the ring - 2 1/2 days later it had tarnished. Took pic sent to company and they said to return the ring. Asked 3 x if they had received the ring, each time getting the same response “I will check”.I check my tracking # to discover the ring had been received a week before. Now the jewelers have my money AND the ring and have yet to refund my money. They claimed that it would be a 20% restocking fee which was not listed on their Etsy page for returns. I have had to file a report with PayPal because they refuse to return my money. If I dont get a refund I will be filing a claim with the attorney general as well.
