I decided to go here to get a roll of quarters that I needed, since it was the closest bank available to me. It’s amazing how customer service doesn’t exist any more. The gentleman at the front was absolutely fantastic...I feel sorry for him that I’m giving this review.., he answered my questions and led me to a teller...he gets the one star, five iphad it been just him. When the teller asked for my rbc card, I told her I didn’t have one and a lady piped up in the background, oh, he isn’t a client here...sorry... ok, so I walk in but since I’m not part of the “club”, I’m NOT a client..., you can be sure I never will be either... I apologize to the welcoming gentleman however, because he seemed to understand what customer service was...

One of the best branch of RBC !!! Everyone here are really friendly and actually care about us . The branch is fairly new and is very digital with all the new gadgets ... Staff here are very caring and friendly looking out for the clients always. Thanks for the great jobs you guys doing
The branch manger lady is total lying. I lost a few hundred dollars when the branch staff made a mistake to wire money by wrong currency rate. I complain with them and ask to return the funds of my lost in that time, the branch manger lady promised me that she will return half of my lost funds in the next time money wire. But when I am going to wire money again, she breaks her promise and refuse to return my lost funds, even she is very threatening me and says to cancel all my banking service. How trust is the RBC bank! What the worst bank service I have had it!
3 appointments to open an account in this branch, Now this can be done 5 minutes online !!!
Branch Manager won't address client issues and tell staff to say she's on conference call. Is there anything more important than a conference call than a client of some 40 years. Cowardly move.
The only agent who knows how to do their job at this location is Ryan Nugent. I have had to deal with Mengdie Hong who was absolutely unprofessional and May Al-Chadirji, who is supposed to be a manager, had an appointment booked with me and never bothered to call at the appointed time. RBC is really starting to frustrate me. I should take my business elsewhere. COVID-19 and WFH does not mean that the quality of your customer service should be mediocre. The service I need cannot be done through online banking. I am super disappointed.
Everytime that I come here there's always some kind of delay usually due to the teller not having enough experience which is all good with me because you have to start somewhere but I wish they had more basic training. All things aside, this is a really nice branch with nice staff
Fast friendly service. I've been to several branches lately and this one satisfied me best. There was something wrong with my bank card; they were able to tell me what's wrong and how to fix it. It was simply something the other branch should have told me, but didn't
