However unlike the previous reviewers "experience" - They quickly found tenants for my properties and were extremely efficient in getting the paperwork done and tenants in. I have in the past paid much higher finders fees and had considerably less service than Rent It gave me. No frills but sound solid advice and delivery with a very friendly service. Might I suggest MAD DONNA that if you want an all singing all dancing open all hours tenancy letting management service - you pay through the nose for it with one of the more "exclusive" local Letting Agents- you might be surprised just how much it does cost!!!

I can't speak highly enough about the service offered by Jemma & Hannah at Rent It. We have had two properties become available for let over the last two months in Stroud, and both have been filled/had a deposit paid within a week of Rent It commencing marketing activity. The prospective tenants were well vetted prior to viewing and the referencing process was done quickly and efficiently. I have been letting property for 10 years and Rent It, by some considerable margin, is the best letting agent experience as a landlord that I have had.

Rent it offered me a very cheap service - although I have learnt that you really do get what you pay for! Their management once they finally did find me a tenant was poor. Their was also a great lack of communication from them and I felt I didn't really knew what was happening unless I phoned in for answers. Furthermore on the occasions I was in town, upon visiting their office, it was closed on 3 seperate occasions, I feel this is very unprofessional. I would not recommend their service - regardless of how cheap it is!
