From first contact to ongoing service delivery, the experience with RHM has been first class. Occasionally, we have problems that need to be resolved. But the measure of a great company is their response. It;'s always been swift, focused and generous. Account Management is first class and the Helpdesk function beyond reproach. All this delivered at a keen price that saved my company thousands of pounds a year on my fixed and mobile telecoms. Consequently, I have moved our second business to RHM. The are big enough to cope, but not too big to care!
