Residents parking not considered at all. Car transporters and vans are now used to keep spaces for their cars; workers and cars they have in for service both over night and weekends. They have now even started removing the plastic seat covers and hide in footwell to make it look like they are residents cars. It’s hard enough to park, why should residents have to park in the next street? Or be blocked in as they park the cars stupidly close, even hitting my family members car trying to squeeze in a space. We had to have the area re-painted. As soon as a resident leaves they bring a car out to fill it and leave it there, sometimes for days. There is currently one that has been parked in the same place for a week... what are they doing waiting for a part? If they can’t accommodate their clients cars in the compound they either need to stop taking work on or move to a compound which is large enough to accommodate their cars. Currently 7 cars are now parked on the road taking residents parking, highly unlikely they will be moved now until Monday.
very impressed with how fair and honest my car was valued, both parties got something out of it, and nice people too.
