THIS IS A 1 STAR REVIEW BUT I GAVE IT 5 STARS BECAUSE THEY LIST 5 STARS BEFORE 1 STARS SO, MAKE SURE YOU SCROLL TO THE 1 STAR REVIEWS. IT REALLY IS IMPORTANT. I have just read some of the 1 star reviews and it is quite shocking so see these. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

It's a shame because we always used to use Robin Lamb because he seemed honest and the work was done in a timely fashion. However, recently it's becoming more obvious that he's nearing retirement and is looking to make a quick buck, meaning that he's pushing the prices up - BY A LOT. Price hiking is one thing, but when you pair that with his snail pace of working, it really is infuriating. It just took him 10 DAYS to change a battery. 10 DAYS we were left without a vehicle. we weren't warned it would take this long and he never contacted us. When we were eventually able to collect our vehicle, we found it had been LEFT UNLOCKED outside on the forecourt so anyone could've helped themelves to our belongings, or even nicked our vehicle - given the location on Bristol road, that's hardly unlikely to happen. We were then met with a bill much higher than it should've been, considering he did next to nothing, and no apology for time wasted or inconvenience at all, just his unfriendly and grumpy self. 100% we'll never go back there ever again.
Quick and prompt response, Did not take long to diagnose and fix the issue on my Merc.. but I did feel that it was a tad too pricey

i was referred to Robin by my local garage last week for a specialist repair which was carried out efficiently at a very reasonable cost. Thoroughly recommended!
