Don't be fooled by the location! Booked in for a hair appointment yesterday & it was the worst I've ever had. The stylist decided to wash, then dry followed by a straighten to eventually cut my hair (completely the wrong way around). She didn't use heat protector for drying or straightening, I then asked her to apply some whilst straightening which she was reluctant to do and only did the first section. I'm not even sure she was qualified, seemed very non professional as she constantly tugged the comb/brush through my hair and didn't even part it. The whole process was really painful. My head still hurts from it today. My hair has been left with loads of breakage, she asked me at the start "do you get headaches much?" which I thought was an odd question? Seemed like mountains could be moved for the locals & regulars that were also having their hair done, if you're neither I'd recommend booking elsewhere. Warned family & friends to stay clear, certainly not going back there again & don't recommend it to others.
Great cut and colour I come here regularly, very welcoming staff. I would recommend this salon to others.
