Used this service for the first time during this pandemic. Was relieved to see that the driver was wearing a mask (thumbs up). Great customer service from helping me with my belongings and opening and closing the door for me both times whilst being socially distanced at the same time. Driver seem to have been trained well. Very impressed and would most certainly use again!!

Not only was my first journey from Gloucester to Cheltenham on time, the experience and service was second to none. I highly recommend Gloucester Taxis because you know you’re in safe hands with any of their drivers as I have experienced first-hand on multiple occasions. Once again, a high recommendation from a regular customer.

Fantastic company. Have used them to take taxis into town and won’t hesitate to use them again. They are punctual, reliable and friendly. Reasonable rates. Able to pay by card or cash. Our driver was also incredibly kind and generous with his time when my friend was taken unwell in town. He made sure we had plenty of time to help her into the cab, made sure she was comfortable and safe so that we could take her home.
