The store is big and you can breathe. The quality of the products is very good, I like the kitchen products, pricier but good quality. It is also Argos and Ebay collection point. Staff is helpful. I don't remember me needing something and not having in this store. Good car parking size and petrol station on the way out. Really good. Also loads of other services like pay shops and magazines and stuff.

When we are in Plymouth we always shop here. It's a huge store which has everything we could possibly need/want from a superstore. The staff are always helpful and polite right across the store, including the restaurant. We can take as long as we need to shop, as the car park has no stupid time limits. This makes for a more relaxed shopping experience.
Used the click & collect. Staff not wearing mask, they can only do one car at a time unlike the one we usually use, if it's raining you will get wet. Still better than going into the store.
I am greeted and directed very well. Treated amazingly in all weathers. The gentleman is deaf and beyond polite, funny and a brilliant member of your staff! I have been 4 times now to the same site and he never ceases to impress me. Please pass my review on to Gloucester Quays click and collect!
