Low quality, high prices. Friendly staff. There's a fairly large range of sofas and suites spread over two floors. However the general designs are pretty much the same but in different colours and fabrics. Very few leather suites. The overall quality feels low. There's nothing here if want to put in a home with a young family. Prices are high even when 'discounted'. Staff were chatty and friendly without being pushy. This is on St Oswald's business park so parking is not a problem.

The staff member who helped us when we bought our carpet and sofa was so helpful and friendly. Also the man who came to measure up was friendly and certainly knew all about carpets, even gave us handy painting tips.

Had the most horrendous experience with SCS, premium grade sofa faulty after a couple of years so tried to claim on the expensive insurance that we were convinced to purchase, only to be told that neither fault were covered!! Even though the insurance was sold to us as an insurance that would cover everything! Extremely disappointed with their workmanship and their customer services! Would definitely not recommend and would never purchase from them again!

Efficient, friendly staff, love the sofa I've chosen after trawling ALL the furniture shops in the area! Totally stress-free experience, I was able to choose in my own time without any pressure. This is the second time I've used SCS, and when I next replace my furniture they will be my first stop.

Great shop but a member of sales staff followed me around which puts me off buying. I appreciate they have sales targets but it felt intimidating. If I have questions I will find someone to ask. Just my opinion. The products were good quality and layout of the store is nice. I will shop there again I'm sure.

Don’t even waste your time!! The salesman sold us a complete garbage package, ordered our sofas in JUNE and today we have been told it’s now ‘estimated’ 4 December! Horrendous customer service avoid at all costs
