Only if I could give them NO STAR, to be honest, all the member of staff were brilliant except the main lady who was very very rude to her own staff. I really felt like I was in some underdeveloped countries where the staffs for no human rights at all. Even as a customer I felt soooooooo bad. If that lady is still around, I would never ever go back again to this place, many other Chinese restaurant/takeaways near by. Just don't don't know what she thinks to herself. Damn Rude lady
We've been here loads of times now and always had excellent customer service and food is always lovely. The only thing I'd change about shanghai is they should do puddings. X
