Steven completed my eye test and took as much time as I needed. He was very proficient and professional. The customer service either side of the appointment was not as good. A lady rang me prior to the appointment, returning my call. I hadn't called. An email then asked me to rebook my eye test as I'd failed to turn up. Not as good an experience as in store.

I've never left a review before but the quality of the services the team at this shop provided was so outstanding I just had to write something. These were genuinely some of the nicest staff I've ever met. All of them were very kind, friendly, and helpful. I had an eye test and everything was very professional. They also made sure that I understood all of the test they performed, the machines they used, and what my results mean. Afterwards I purchased two pairs of glasses and I'm very satisfied with the prices and the deals and discounts they have to offer. On top of that I also got a few compliments which felt really nice. So thank you all for your wonderful costumer care! I'll be a returning costumer from now on :)
