From the start the service we had from Steve Unett Aerials was great. I left a quick message and requested a call back and within a few hours Steve called me to discuss the problem. He was able to call the following week to give us a quote on the job. On the day he came to quote for a new cable from the roof and to drill through the wall into the living room. It was great that he was able to do the job the same day. Within the hour we have perfect free view tv which we havent had in ages. We couldn't have been happier with the service we recieved.

Not happy with this service. Paid Steve Unett Aerials to come out and put a TV up on a wall, after having trouble with it coming loose previously. Two staff members put the TV up, despite me saying it had fallen down before and I was happy to buy a new TV or different bracket. They assured me the fittings were better and it would be OK - I was charged 60 and the TV lasted 10 minutes on the wall before the plaster started lifting and cracking behind it. A 3rd staff member visited and told me to remove the TV from the wall sooner rather than later as it wasn't safe. Despite this, they would not fix the job or put a different TV up on the wall without charging me further. If I had been given advice at the beginning that the bracket or wall was not suitable, I would never have paid for the service. I would not use their service ever again.
