Be warned, product is of high quality but whatever you do DO NOT ask them to recommended a fitter. The work completed by the recommended fitter was a complete shambles from start to finish, no duty of care, no compassion. See below part of the response by Sun Trades Sales Director. \ if you wanted a complete fitting job you should have gone to retail double glazing company where it would have been double/treble the price

Last year customer service here was fine. Not sure what has changed but it’s now appalling. I ordered windows with clear class, the Gloucester branch decided to change it to obscured, without checking. I have been promised for 6 weeks that it will be changed and every time my window fitter goes into collect them we’re told the new glass hasn’t come in and the manager blames head office. I'm now having to get blinds fitted because I can’t put that guy off any longer. No apology and a complete lack of regard.
