The staff are wonderful but the eyebrow beautician was very harsh! She was very rough with my skin and practically halved my eyebrows. I actually liked my brows and in my opinion the lady ruined them!
Despite being relatively small in size, Gloucester’s Superdrug haven’t let me down yet when it comes to new stock. The prices are fantastic, always a great range and is always kept clean. However, the absolute highlight of the store in my opinion is the staff. I work close to the store so pop in often and know a few members of staff by name, they always seem happy to be there and are always willing to help! They also have a great sense of humour which makes the visit pleasant every time! Can’t remember a time I haven’t left smiling with a bagful of purchases, highly recommend!
The store is so small and the layout is a bit of a nightmare, if there is more than one person down an aisle then you pretty much can't get down it. Because of its size there isn't much variety in terms of stock. I'd recommend you order online instead!
I went to the beauty and facial section to get my upper lip done. I told the lady to do it gently because my skin is sensitive but as soon it started she was being very harsh, fast and in no ways gentle!!! Doing threading requires skill and being gentle as you're dealing with delicate skin on the face!! I'm not going there again, my face was burning for 2hrs straight and I had to cleanse my skin because she applied aloe Vera gel even though she touched someone else's face before me and no hand sanitizer was used for hygiene purposes! If you can't get these basic things right pls don't do threading on other ppl faces as you're doing more harm than good.
Went in hoping that they had what I needed and sure enough they did. Smiling staff pointed me in the right direction. Equally helpful lady on the till was patient as I packed. Nothing worse than a miserable git in a hurry. Well done
