The short version, do NOT use this lady, short walks and no control of the dogs. The first time i came across T&O i saw her park up, managing to take up 2 parking spaces and still be partly in the road, unsure if Stevie Wonder parked up it caught my attention. She took 3 dogs for a walk, one of which was a spaniel. They were out for all of 10 minutes, before then taking 20 minutes to wash all 3 dogs while her son leant on someone else's car. Next occasion, walking my dog she had 5 dogs with her. Well i say with her, i'm walking my dog and 3 dogs appear, mine says hello to these dogs and i call mine along and she follows and we continue. She appears, but makes no attempt to get the dogs under control. I recognise her from the previous occasion, look across the road and her van is parked there. I continue my walk for all these dogs to follow. If i hadn't stopped and waited they would have followed, she had zero control. Honestly, if you are using this lady, stop. Find someone else and stop waisting your money. I'm not one for negative reviews, but she is dire.
