This branch use to be my go-to bank for a lot of my transactions before COVID. I would drive the distance to get what I believe was superior service compared to the mediocre service I was getting at the Montreal/St-Laurent branch. Now, the service is atrocious. As a senior who’s not doing on line banking, I go to the bank early in the morning early in the month to get a print out of monthly transactions, cash cheques and get some cash. When I finally get to the door after waiting at least 45 minutes, they ask me why I’m there. My response is always the same: why can’t they not do a triage as customers arrive to determine who needs what. This way, we could be queued accordingly. I’ve seen people waiting in line to pay bills and when they get to the door, they’re shown how to use the ATM for that purpose. There was no reason for that person to wait all that time to use the ATM. Very disappointed and dissatisfied with all of TD and now this branch!

My review today is for Nicholas Baylis, Manager of customer experience during my visit Friday May 22nd during the covid quarantine. When I arrived at the branch I was not happy, as money had just come out of my account, that to my understanding, was to be deferred until the end of quarantine. Nicholas remained professional, courteous, and seemed to really care about resolving my issue for me. This was important because in the middle of a move, during the lockdown, money is tight and needed the matter handled immediately. Nicholas spent a fair amount of time on the phone, got the money back in my account immediately, and worked out future payment arrangements that work out fantastically for me. Thank you Mr. Baylis I hope my future dealings with TD are as perfect as they were with you.

please take your business to a bank that cares, Trust me ive been with Td for over 4years worst customer service ever. and i can promise you, that you wont be receiving your pay cheque on time one of the reasons i’m living Td
