Absolutely disgusting service from John the manager . Went in with my family to celebrate mine and my sisters birthdays ages (18,18 and 23). We had been in the restaurant 30 minutes before a drinks order was even taken. My 23 year old sister didn’t have Identification however me and my other sister did so when asking for cocktails he would serve us and not her, despite her clearly being older. We understand this is policy so we let it go and she ordered a water, which took a further 15 minutes to come. I allowed her to try some of my drink but the waiter saw this and tried to embarrass us in front of the entire restaurant. They then bought our food over, cold salad on boiling hot plates? They also didn’t warn us that the plates where extremely hot so we all burned ourselves on the plates. We complained about this and told them they should’ve warned us. John then kicked off and told us he or anyone else in the restaurant wouldn’t serve us and proceeded to take our food from in front of us. Once he had done doing this he then snatched our drinks, taking mine out of my hands as I was drinking it. After asking to speak to a manager John told us he was the manager and there was no one else we could complain to as he was highest up. This we didn’t believe this Awful service and extremely rude staff, John completely ruined our birthday celebrations. No one come here!!! Went next door to bills and even without a booking were greeted in a lovely way and had the nicest evening with brilliant service.

Good food, good experience. Booked ahead and our (socially distanced) table was available as soon as we arrived on time. Drinks came quickly as did our starter of cheese nachos: hot and tasty. Main meals came quickly again, hot tasty. Garlic chips were especially good. Attentive service; all the staff who waited on us were polite, chatty and efficient.

I came here on 16/8/20 with my neighbours. It was organised very well. Although it took longer time for our meals to come out, this was understandable with all the measures that have been put in place. I had to send my chicken back because it was a little pink in a couple of places. There was no problem and the staff changed it for a different meal. I had sesame chicken instead, which was fabulous. Thank you to all the staff, you did a great job and our server was lovely. We didn't have to ask for a refill, it just appeared. Looking forward to going back again.
