The 1:1 Diet is an amazing diet which worked for me with different steps to suit you. Becky is my life line and without her caring, kind and cheerful chats I wouldn’t have made it to where I am now. It’s been hard throughout these dark times in lockdown but I look forward to our weekly chats on the phone and I know that she is there at the end of the phone whenever I need her. Thanks Becky for helping me like myself again x

Becky takes time to get to know you, your hopes and aspirations, the challenges of weight loss and maintaining, most of all she understands life sometimes gets in the way and never judges any slips, one or two or even many!
