Asked prior to appointment if they sold bigger dresses, was informed yes. Turned up to my appointment and I was there for a whole 3 minutes, I wasn't able to view any dresses to look at them, and I was told there was nothing suitable for me. And I left. Needless to say I haven't been back and found my perfect dress at another bridal shop

Rude is a understatement we booked for my daughter to try on some different styles to see what would suit her, on arrival we greeted by a lady who said oh yes you have a appointment so you can have a look around asked about trying dresses on but she refused to let my daughter as her wedding isn't until 2021 pointed out to her the whole point of coming was to try different styles, but she still refused said it was a off the peg shop so they might not have the same dress if she was to come back, that I said was fine it was the style ie princess, fishtail exct but still no joy, to be honest she come across as lazy didn't even get up out of her chair don't think she could be bothered to help as thought we wouldn't be buying yet we may well of found the dress and bought it she was just presuming we wouldn't management or owner of this shop needs to give staff a lesson in customer service.So today 9th of January you reply to my review the appointment was not just to view but possibly to buy but your rude member of staff had no intention of listening to that, So even though my daughter is not getting married until next year we went elsewhere and found the perfect dress and purchased it so would recommend you don't just assume how far ahead someone will purchase a dress!!!

Absolutely fantastic service, so friendly, helpful and patient and not pushy at all. We were left to browse, and then tried on so many dresses and were given excellent advice on ways to modify the dresses and accessories that matched. I bought my wedding dress on the day and this was the first and last shop I looked in. Great prices and a huge variety of styles. Will be recommending to friends. Loved it. Thanks so much!
I was incredibly impressed with the service I received here. Even though it was close to closing time when I initially went in, I was welcomed in friendly, non-pushy manner and offered the opportunity to try on dresses, which I hadn't thought there would be time to do. Kate was fantastic, very experienced, and patient in helping me in and out of the various dresses and offered a polite but honest opinion, rather than just pushing for a sale. Despite only originally coming in to get an idea of what I liked, I ended up falling in love and finding my dress on that day. We were offered a really straightforward payment plan that worked for us, and they were happy to store the dress for us as well. I came back recently to try on my dress, and was again served by Kate, who was once again, fantastic; friendly, patient, helpful, understanding, approachable and knowledgeable. She was also fantastic on providing information on their alterations service, which we are using and who were very understanding when I asked to change my fitting date. Absolutely among the best possible and most friendly, warm, relaxed and non-pushy service I've ever received. I would definitely recommend to any bride in search of a dress. They have a great range of dresses as well.
