I had an ongoing issue with part of my policy. Arnie, the representative, that assisted me with resolving this issue was very helpful and polite. He addressed all my issues, advised me of changes and outcomes of those changes as far as changes to my premium costs. He also advised me of something I was unaware of that was also resolved. I was very satisfied with the help I received.
