So, if you are buying a house in another county, how do you find a good Surveyor? We asked the Estate Agent. He recommended the Good Surveyor. Toni has a great website, a great personality, and made the whole process simple. And her report was great, informative and pulled no punches. The personal touch of a phone call to explain the report was just so helpful! The proof of the report will be in the living, but Toni has given us every confidence!! Full marks, Toni!!

Toni went above and beyond in how helpful she was with answering all my questions and going through the results of the survey on the house I am buying. I am a first-time buyer and especially appreciated the time taken explaining everything to someone with no experience! I could not possibly recommend Toni highly enough. The written-up survey paperwork was emailed to me very quickly after she carried out the survey. If I move to another property in the future in this same area I will absolutely go to Toni at The Good Surveyor for my survey again.

Hi can highly recommend Toni if you are looking to get a survey done for a property you are buying. Her pricing is very competitive and her service level exceeded expectations. She is very friendly and approachable both on the phone and via email. She is quick to respond to queries and very clear in her communication. We recently had a Homebuyers Survey done and Toni was clear and precise from the initial communication all the way through to the receipt of the report. She also went above and beyond helping us with additional information on a recommendation she made as part of the her survey. This saved us time doing lots of research etc. He report was thorough and the information provided was very helpful. One thing she offered was a phone call after the survey was completed to take us through the points of her findings on the day giving us a general feel of the condition of the property. Her official report followed very quickly as was very clear and precise. I would not hesitate in using her again, or recommending her to any friends or family.

Had Toni write a homebuyers survey for my new house and Toni wrote a great report. The report found a ton of minor issues, that I was very thankful to know about before we went ahead with the purchase. Toni is also really lovely person and kept us up to date at all times. Had to juggle a few issues due to covid and our first purchase falling through and Toni was very supportive. Highly recommended.
