Had a great time here, arrived at 4.45pm and took advantage of the lunch menu served until 5pm. Brilliant server, didn't get his name but he was the only one on. Very knowledgeable and efficient, an absolute credit to the place and made our experience all the better. Thanks.

Unfortunetly I didnt have a great time here with my partner. We went for lunch here which is between 12.00 - 18.00 so the pricing was brilliant for the amount that is given. My partner and I had went to a Beefeater in Bristol previously so we knew what to expect in terms of quality of the dish. However, when the food came out my partners Open Chicken Sandwich was a little over cooked as opposed to being really soft, the bacon was a little burnt as well as the ciabatta. I ordered the Steak but I was not asked how I wanted it. Therefore it came out well done. I also wanted to order an Unlimited Refill Pepsi Max but the waitress had told me they only do unlimited refills on Diet Pepsi, which is rubbish as it says on their drinks menu its not. I can only say that its our first time in this restuarant and maybe a one off, but hopefully your experience will differ from ours.

Very limited menu. Can't see how other restaurants can provide a full menu but beefeater can't. Didn't even have the dessert we wanted but gave us one that wasn't on the menu. Meal was ok. Waitress was good.

Not enough staffs, waited to be seated and get the bills. Food was quick and not the best either. Steak was tasteless, calamari over fried and burnt, ran out king prawns replaced shrimps. Tomatoes looks like it had its days!
