After moving to Kingsway last week, we have just had our second fish & chips...both meals were excellent and cannot be faulted. Today I phoned my order in and collected...it was ready when I said I'd be there, accurate to the order and again very nice. I will look forward to many years of takeaways from these guys...thank you!!

Almost always friendly. Telephone orders welcomed. Consistently high quality and standards. Sometimes questionable consistency on portion size. That’s being said; regardless we will still travel to here instead of visiting a closer to home place. One of two Fish and Chips places in Gloucestershire county that we frequent; the only one in Gloucester itself.

Wrong order given, phone up to be told to bring food back and they will sort it. They said that they did not hear the order properly. I could have missing item after paying again for it. But no refund offered on item given but not ordered. Return home with cold not complete dinner. That was my last visit there. Bye bye will support other chippy from now.

When travelling with work it is sometimes difficult to know where to get a Grab n Go meal that's not a pub or the usual burgers Etc. After reading the reviews on here and staying locally this plaice fitted the bill lol. So much so we went there the second night. Thank you for doing our dinners.
