Trying to get some carpet fitted. If it wasn’t for the fact it’s already paid for and not by me, I’d be telling them to cancel! They’re very rude on the phone, absolutely disgusting customer service! I’ve rang twice now, different person telling me they’re closed and to ring back! A women told me they close at 12.30 when I rang at 12.25 and couldn’t be bothered to book a fitting, when a man told me they close at 1, don’t waste your time with these.

They have a great selection of carpets, rugs and vinyl flooring to choose from and they will arrange fitting for you, at an additional cost. Really recommend them, they're really nice people and their prices seem very reasonable.
