Booked 2 holidays this year in Gloucester branch. Excellent service and Kerry spent ages getting me the best deal on the dates I wanted.
I had the absolute misfortune in being served by a completely incompetent fake tanned sales rep at Gloucester Thomas Cook who booked us for the wrong dates, and then messed up the cost as well. We even heard her swear at us in her cockney twang as we walked away. She clearly wanted us to spend as much as possible without any regard to what was suitable, and then became short with us when we said no to the extras... She had a very strong cockney accent and was completely unprofessional and appeared untrustworthy. How can she still hold down her job? Unbelievable Thomas Cook if you are employing people like her.
