My husband's wedding ring had to be cut off Before it was cut, we were told by another jeweller in Gloucester that it could be made larger and the decorative milled edge reinstated. We took the cut ring back in and were told that they had never said the edge could be reinstated! Why would anyone want a ring with a huge unpatterned section in it? My husband and I were devastated. However, the lovely man at Truscott's not only repaired and reinstated the pattern perfectly, he used gold from my late mother's engagement ring for the infill. Absolutely thrilled with the result. Not a good experience, many visits to correct damaged ring. Diamond lost due to bad setting - a costly exercise - and ended up having to use another jeweller to correct the problems. I would not recommend them. Do not use them, try another jeweller first. They are also very expensive compared to other jewellers.
Went in to get my Fiancé's ring resized, staff were very helpful, friendly and they were able to do it in under an hour. Fair prices and top quality job.
Truscott has made jewellery for myself and members of my family for many years. We wouldn't go anywhere else!
