I ordered uniform and till today I have no idea where they are I was sent some eleses uniform and had to return it and I was giving two of my order in store and still no idea where the other two are.

A monopoly as such, however very good.
Can't get through on the phone! Been engaged for DAYS!!! How are you supposed to order when they leave their phone off the hook? ALL DAY!!! They should have someone manning the phones and the rest of the staff dealing with the public in person. It's a shop for God's sake.
Staff polite and very helpfull threw such a busy time.
I ordered some clothes weeks ago, they said I would receive them within 7 days it’s now nearly 3 weeks later and not even an update. You can’t call them or their head office for an update, so I had to go to shop only to be spoken too quite rudely.. if you need school clothes I suggest to find an alternative.
