Same problem with drop off point ups

Unhelpful. Yes I did have a large box to drop off and the store is small but they were not interested in taking it even for a couple of hours till pick up. In the end I had to take it right across the city to the main depot. Website has no indication that I was going to have so much trouble. Very unlikely to use this service again
