I have sent the three parcels with UPS in the last two weeks. The first two were collected on a Monday and then delivered back to me (well, left on my door step) on the Friday. They contained valuable items and I had paid extra for insurance to match, so it was nice that they left them on the street as well as failing to deliver them (UPS customer service called me a liar and said I'd be refunded in 20 business days). I dropped off the third parcel last week. The receiving employee was refreshingly surly, and my parcel sat in the warehouse for 5 days before I had to contact UPS customer service to see what the problem was (who knows but it eventually moved). Pretty shocking. Update - UPS asked me below to contact them on social media to resolve this. I did and was told I would be rang by their customer service team either yesterday or today. Well, predictably there has been no call yet. I'm going to have to contact my credit card company to recover the debt. Utterly terrible service across the board.

Very unhelpful & rude customer service, even implying that I had packed my goods into a box stating a lower weight to cheat their system. No, they were not in service to me. On top of this, the item arrived the next day totally smashed up. I'll never use UPS again. Update December 2020: UPS managed to deliver a parcel worth about 800 to an address that sounds a bit like the real address. After multiple, unresolved calls to their customer service number, in which I was able to inform them of their error, I decided to drive to the warehouse. So, 1 week after it was supposed to be delivered, it was just sitting there in the warehouse no attempt to redeliver, or even get in touch. No apology for having failed in their task. Nothing. Such a loser company.
Dreadful service. No one answered bell. Waited 15 minutes then knocked on the window of an office along the building outside and was told to ring the bell. Waited another 5 minutes and someone came in and said “obviously they’re ignoring the bell”. Muttered apologies. Very graceless attitude. Terrible customer service. Parcel is fragile and this is written all over box and inside packed in bubble wrap and packing around item. However the chap said if it got damaged they won’t pay out if it’s ‘inadequately’. packed. Perhaps warning me that parcels aren’t taken care of??? Looking at your reviews it’s obvious that this type of service is the norm.
Terrible delivery service. Online tracking is faulty and states that they attempted to deliver and yet, there is no note at my door. I suspect the driver hasn't been. I called customer services and requested to have the parcel delivered to my neighbour. This request took two days to process, which has put further delay to my delivery. I thought I was in good hands with UPS, but I couldn't have been more wrong. Edit: UPS deserve zero stars for their copy and paste reply here.
Rhys Lewis at Gloucester depot helped find my parcel that went missing. Very impressed with his dedication to good customer service at a very busy time of the year.
