Our family has always had great service from Kim at Vezina (Gloucester Centre). She always goes out of her way to help in any way she can, the latest time being when my elderly mother needed new glasses after breaking her frames. Kim and Cara both dealt with the situation with empathy and understanding and we are very appreciative!!! I wouldn't think of going anywhere else for my glasses.
