Visited the Vision Express web site at 10:00 yesterday to book an appointment for en eye test. Appointment available at 11:45, so by 12:15 the eye test had been completed and new spectacles ordered. During the eye test, the technicians repaired a broken temple on an old pair of spectacles for no charge. I have always had very good service from Vision Express.

Had to go a few days back for routine eye test. They have absolutely nailed it with Covid hygiene and reassurance. Well done to all.

Excellent staff and excellent service. Hurt my eye trying to remove a contact lens, contacted the store who immediately made an appointment. Seen by optician Saleem Patel who really helpful, eye examined and treatment recommended with follow up appointment booked for following day.
