Hi, my name is Jasmine Alfred and I never believed that Physiotherapy actually worked. However, with a crucial pain in my shoulder, several nights of very little sleep, and with my Doctor's advise I decided to try out Physiotherapy. After I started to go to my sessions with Jenessa Russett and her recommanded exersices, I found that it really helped me to recover from pain in my shoulder, it allowed me to do my regular routine of activities, and get a full night’s rest of peaceful sleep. This was all achieved within 8 weeks of Physiotherapy. The staff at Vitality Physiotherapy are very friendly and they encouraged me to go every week. I am really happy that I chose this place to help me with my therapy, I will definitely recommend this place to my friends and family with no hesitance. Thanks again to all the staff .

2019 I highly recommend Vitality Physiotherapy. I am an active older individual and Andrew, the owner, has taken care of shoulder, hamstring, toe, and (TMJ) issues that I have had. He gives 100% on your treatment and does not give up until you are back to doing what you love. Also, you receive strengthening exercises that help to reduce future injuries. The shock wave therapy, paraffin bath and private rooms available is a bonus. My children have travelled from Orleans to get Vitality treatment. Courtney, his assistant, and the rest of the staff are very caring, proficient and always have a smile on their face. I am so happy I gave Vitality a try. April 2020 CONGRATULATIONS ANDREW AND STAFF, the Excellence award was well deserved. I was out of the country this winter and had a running (knee) injury and emailed Andrew, he returned my email advising me on stretches and exercises. I was back to running sooner than expected and the attention to patients shows when he emailed me to ask about my progress. Also, I am in awe with the volunteer work and the free workouts, meditation, yoga... they are putting out at this time in need.The VIRTUAL THERAPY works excellently, emails are sent for exercises, stretching and I have them on my phone too for quick and easy access. It is very easy to access the virtual therapy, they send an email and you click on a link and that is it. The first virtual therapy is free which is a great way to try it out and was easy and successful. As a bonus he gave my partner some hands on techniques for my recovery so it ended up not being TOTAL VIRTUAL :) which was nice. The service they provide is above and beyond any normal expectation.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Loved my experience at Vitality. I got a deep tissue massage by Angela and it felt amazing. I have booked my appointments for the coming year, that's how much I enjoyed it. Very friendly staff, clean centre and easy check-in/out. Nothing but good things to say about Vitality.
