I visited today for my first bridal fitting. I felt to relaxed, their approach to customer service is so person centred, and I felt I was really listened too. This really helped me to enjoy the whole experience, and find my perfect dress. Thank you so much. I can’t recommend enough, wonderful wonderful ladies.

I had the most positive experiences with the very helpful ladies at the Linda Gray Bridal shop when I visited in May. Lots of lovely dresses to choose from and I said yes to the dress! Thank you so much for your support ladies.
My incredibly indecisive daughter and I visited Linda Gray no less than 3 times in the attempt to decide on her dress We were treated beautifully every time and it was SUCH a close call between the most beautiful dress I'd ever seen and her eventual choice from a different shop. I'm slightly heartbroken that she didn't choose the dress from Linda Gray, but it's not my day after all! Their selection of dresses is the loveliest we saw anywhere (and she tried on 45 dresses in total!!), and it was such a pleasure to spend time in such a beautiful building and be treated so well. Thank you all so very much
Would not recommend. Very helpful buying a pink dream dress. However it was a sale item with a mark on it reduced to 700.mark came out in shop. I did buy it reluctantly. Felt rushed towards end as other lady came in. A few weeks later changed my mind as colour would not go with teal bridesmaids i wanted afterwards. Shop refused to return although in same condition and would not let me upgrade to more expensive either. Now stuck with a heavy dress in a colour i dont want. My engagement is now off so im lumbered and cant sell on selling sites having tried for 12 months. Poor customer service and owner could not even be bothered to call me herself. Dont buy from here. When you leave so does the caring false nature! Grab your cash and wont help you. Minus 1 star
I had the most wonderful afternoon at Linda grays boutique The 2 amazing ladies and assistant made me feel so welcome and helped me find the most amazing dress they made the whole experience so beautiful and relaxed I also is shopfound bridesmaid dresses too️Im returning this Saturday with my mum to show her my dress so excited Brides looking for a dream dress you really need to visit this little of a gem shop you won’t be disappointed xx
