Vox custom PC builders does exactly what it says on the tin. After a quick and simple consultation with Andi we settled on a build that would work perfectly for me as a gaming PC. Communication was excellent, build quality is excellent and Andi’s knowledge is second to none! I have had my PC for a few months now, the reason why this review is so late is simple... I have been too busy gaming to think about much else! Vox is a fantastic company and I will use them again in the future! 5 stars isn’t enough of a rating... can I mark 10 stars?

I got in touch with Vox as I was looking for my first gaming PC. Andy was brilliant and understood exactly what I was looking for and gave me the best advice for parts that had to be swapped. We eventually built a PC design and, from ordering the parts to having the PC built, took around a week. Andy was very helpful, always happy to talk to me about the PC and 100% friendly and professional the whole time. Would recommend to anyone that is looking for any particular PC to go through Vox.
I contacted Andi at Vox to get a quote for a high end build I had been saving for for a while. I had gone to a few others and they were trying to offer me parts I didn’t want or need at prices that were way higher than they should have been. This was not the case with Vox, they listened to exactly what I wanted from my build, what parts I liked and how I wanted it put together. He made helpful suggestions if what I wanted wasn’t quite going to work and kept me informed of the whole way through the process. I have had my build from Vox and nothing about it could be faulted. The cable management is extremely professional and all systems, drivers and updates were done for me. They are also very contactable after my order was complete and helped me with any troubleshooting I had. I could not recommend Andi and Vox any more highly than I am now, he is the last word in custom PC builders that are not trying to take non builders for a ride and assuming you don’t know what you’re talking about so can get more money out of you. If you want then best custom PC at the best price with exactly the parts you want there is no where else to buy it.
Excellent customer service and communications. I would definitely use again and recommended to anyone. I got exactly what I was looking for and extra too.
If you're looking for professional services while supporting local business, this is THE place to go! They are very responsive to messages and queries. I had set out quite a firm budget that Andi at Vox was very attentive to; he even made suggestions on what parts would be better for my uses (music production). All costs are very well broken down, so I could see exactly where the money is going. There was absolutely no judgement if I implied I wanted something less pricey; Andi would do his best to substitute. Within a week of payment, my PC was at my door and it's been smooth sailing since! Bonus - the PC was packaged in materials all recyclable, and even used biodegradable foam. Nice touch for the environmentally conscious!
If you ever need advice or help with your gaming computer Andi is the guy for you he went over and above helping me and my son James with his new gaming system nothing was to much trouble and what a great professional guy Andi is I can’t thank him enough thank you Andi James is over the moon

I contacted Vox for some advice regarding part selections for a PC build. After a short conversation with Andy about my needs and budget I was provided later that day with a detailed list containing: - specific parts needed. - the reason the part was selected. - alternative parts depending on my preference. - a choice of cases. - a price estimation. The customer service was fantastic and literally saved me hours of research! So ofcourse once I learnt of the incredible value for building the PC, I went for it! I was provided photos and videos along the way of the build to follow every step! I couldn't be more happy! Not only does the PC perform great! It looks clean and minimal, exactly what I personally wanted! I'm planning on using Vox for all my upgrades in the future and would recommend to everyone!
