I’ve never received such poor service in all my life. After breaking down due to a puncture, I was initially told that it’d be 1.5hrs wait for the recovery vehicle. After this time, I was told they won’t be able to get to me for about another 12 hours! I rearranged the pickup for the following day, meaning I had to arrange alternative transport to take me home. When I received a call from the driver to say he was on his way, I headed back to my broken down car only to find out that the truck had arrived, seen that I wasn’t there, and so left again. After calling to see what had happened, the pickup truck eventually returned. What I’d say about this is that I’ve never received such bad customer service in all my life: the driver was incredibly miserable and rude - didn’t even say hello or please or thank you at any point, and even used bad language. The best term I can describe him as would be a troll. There is absolutely no need for a member of staff representing the business they work for to act in this manner towards customers. Walls should be ashamed of the experience I’ve received, and I’ve noticed I’m possibly not the only person whose been treated similarly. My advice would be to AVOID USING THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!

Longer wait than initially told, first attendant could not tow an automatic and damaged my car with his door! I have had no response from the company? When second truck eventually arrived 5 hrs after initially breaking down I was recovered to local garage... Wish the AA had attended!
