Came in to order our wedding rings. Waited 6 weeks. Picked them up and the lady put them in a bag and not in a box.. shocked at this service to be honest as being special items I thought they'd make an effort to please the customers

Was sold a faulty ring (stone disappeared within 20 minutes of purchase). Went back, was told I couldn't get a refund (which is a lie, faulty goods, not fit for purpose) and offered a credit note. Asked for a replacement, store took my details and never got back to me (over two weeks ago now). Go to Chapelles in Gloucester quays. Better service, better products
