Went there for new batteries for my car's remote keys. Went into their service section and a very helpful young lady who took them to the spare part group who fitted them for me. She then brought them back. This was a simple task thoughtfully taken out of my hands and much appreciated. Sadly I didn't notice her name.

Can see my 2016 review has dropped off. But we had such a bad experience I have decided to add it back on. This garage cost us literally thousands of pounds. We were sold a brand new Kia Rio that couldn’t go up hills literally it would just stool. They sent out a Kia UK technician in the end who tried to over rev the gear box so it could travel up hills. If anything made the problem worse and it couldn’t be resolved. This garage refused to refund us and we were left with an expensive mess the insurance company scrapped the car. We lost around six thousand pounds on a car that was just six months old. In hindsight we should have taken them to court. We would never use them again.

Serviced car during lockdown. Masks worn with sanitiser and queuing space marked out. Quick, efficient, friendly, no problems. Would recommend.

Very friendly staff..but very expensive. If you've got the cash and like to be treated very well with you Nissan...look no further. For me, far too pricey for my little old Nissan.. I just couldn't justify spending that much money on the repair I was quoted for. So can't comment on actually having work done here. But I do stress...very professional...very friendly. Their also very geared up for Covid to.
