Over charged me on some printing from my memory stick. 7 copies at 60p each 4.20, NOT 6.50 as was charged. One of the prints looked nothing like the original, entirely black, said I didn't want it as it was not printed properly and still got charged for it! Was informed by a neighbour that they too had the same experience. Will not use in future and go to a professional stationer that knows what they are doing and have always giving me a good service, even if it means driving to Stroud.
