The corporate complaints department don’t respond to emails. It’s difficult to file a complaint if they just ignore it. I guess they just don’t care what the public think. ps don’t forget to practice what you preach, hands, face space!

Councillor Parson does not even afford us a reply to my three emails,very disappointed, have known him for many years, would have expected better, as always only interested in themselves, hard -pressed pub landlord ignored. Will not let it rest, will go the very top with this.

How do you expect a 66 year old to use a computer to upload a photo for a bus pass and things. We tried 2 computers 2 cameras with webcams and a phone and not one works says photo to large. Its a joke
