They do nothing! I don't like anything about price gauging HOA's. A worthless waste of money with such friendly and welcoming good for nothing, know it all board members. I would opt out of I could. A thorough external audit should be done every year! Now we're plowed in.

lived in westwind for a year and it was a great experience along with a great price. The maintenance team was great and got any maintenance requests done in a timely manner which is a very important factor for me when I choose a place. They also plow the neighborhood and driveways for you when it is snowing. Melissa and the staff has been great to work with and have been very accommodating which I really appreciate and they made the moving out process very simple.
