Do not count on them to follow through with orders you make, and the customer service is absolutely horrible. I ordered donuts for my son's birthday, and they said they would be ready at noon. I got off work early to drive across town and go pick them up so I would have them when I picked him up from school. They did not have my order, and instead of apologizing, told me that I had not placed an order. The manager was extremely rude and never apologized.

I wouldn't listen to that Sasha review. Yes the calzone is pricey but that's Gluten free food for you. And also EXCELLENT customer service. You really think that with the Price and quality of this food that the customer service is bad, it isn't I assure you. THIS PLACE DESERVES FIVE STARS, KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK. wish the menu was larger but only because it's psychologically stressful to have celiac disease.
The ladies are very rude. Too bad because the food is good. You walk and they are bugged to see you. Its a trip. Ive been there a few times and after my last visit i was so uncomfortable that i doubt i will be back.
Beyond incredible, and a life saver for celiacs. Always so friendly and amazing people/service!
It was amazing at first but lately the quality sucks especially when you consider the prices
Food is delicious! Who knew gluten free could be so tasty!
The first time I tried it, I got the calzone and the vanilla cupcakes. The cupcakes were very stale and did not taste good. The calzone was really good! But super expensive. The second time I ordered the calzone again with meat and it come out to 22!!!!! My husband and I were outraged by this. On their website it says 10 and apparently it's 10 extra for meat and dairy free cheese. Not ok. It also didn't taste as good - so I'm assuming it's not consistent. The customer service sucks as well. Very rude and short.
My wife and I went to GF Gourmet Foods on Sept 14th, 2014. My wife has recently been diagnosed with a Gluten intolerance. The store from the outside doesn't seem like much, but they have really great food. My wife was so excited and literally almost cried by the options they had including a breakfast burrito, pizza, donuts, cinnamon rolls and many other "bread" products that she thought she'd never have again. They're very friendly and the food is very good (coming from someone who doesn't need to eat GF that's a big compliment). If you have a gluten intolerance or celiac this is a must try!
