I purchased my Kia Sportage from Glyn Hopkin in Romford in January 2021 and found the experience very straight forward considering we are in the middle of a pandemic. The salesman , Mr Webber was most helpful in making the process as easy as possible considering the Government restrictions in place at this time. Prior to collecting the vehicle i was given the information on possible options that i could take advantage of to keep the vehicle in the best condition. The service was first rate and i found the staff most helpful, when i visited the show room for collection of the vehicle. I can easily recommend this showroom to anyone wishing to purchase a Kia.

I was thinking of getting a new car but was concerned because of lockdown. My first contact was with Jeff and I was shown the car in a lockdown way and I felt much happier about everything. I explained that I needed to move my private number plates to the new car, he said that he would deal with everything and he did. The day before I picked up my car I was phoned by Rob to say everything was done and my car was ready to collect. On the day that I picked up my car everything was done and I was looked after very well. To end my pro ceed is a dream and I love it.

Rude and dismissive woman working there....even covered her mouth to speak badly of a customer in front of the customer - who btw was in the right and was calm - because she couldn't find details about them while being in the wrong. ...and please don't do the thing where you say I'm not a registered customer etc. - clearly that is irrelevant for the matter of this comment. Good luck.
