Just taken delivery of our second WAV from ,GM Coachwork excellent service from start to finish, demo was very good, we were kept informed of progress and when it was delivered the driver spent an hour going through everything to make sure we were fully satisfied, great staff,

We have only had one vehicle from GM Coachwork, which was delivered in January 2018, however due to circumstances beyond our control, we have been dealing with GM since September 2016. During that time, our contact with GM Coachwork has involved: Numerous pre-sale phone calls and emails; A test drive; Preparing to order a vehicle (Ford Grand Connect Flame), only to have to stop the process, wait several months and start all over again. Phone calls, emails, and a test drive of a different vehicle (Peugeot Boxer Utah); then specifying the new vehicle to suit our needs prior to placing an order. Progress reports regarding the order, via email and phone calls; delivery of the Boxer; and a follow-up visit from a GM engineer to check everything was okay with the vehicle. We have emailed, talked to, or met in person: Ash; Dave Harrison; David (the boss?); Kelly (via Kim); Kim; Laurence; Lucy; Mike; and a lovely receptionist named Jan. The service we have received from GM Coachwork has been excellent. In particular we would like to thank: Mike, without whom we would not have been aware that we could apply for a Motability Grant. Ash, who has helped us through the whole process since we first contacted GM Coachwork.
