I have a family member in Florida who installs Carrier systems. Carrier is the system to get. Bottom line: G&M Service was the only company out of the best in Raleigh who gave true reasonable pricing, recommended the correct models and equipment, had professionally trained installers who had been with the company a long time (This is life and death for your system), did the job in one day with an entire team, and cleaned up properly. Save yourself a lot of money and confusion and get a proposal from these folks. I am very happy with my new system.

G & M Service Company sent a experienced well qualified HVAC Engineer to our house 7:00 PM last night! With the polar vortex predicted to head all the way to down to Georgia I was grateful that Shane had over ten years experience working on heating systems including my Carrier 58 series furnace. I had called a couple other service companies and then checked with G&M and found they were a factory certified company. This makes all the difference as Shane was able to quickly identify the problem and knew exactly what was needed to be done to replace my thermocouple. He said that he had worked on three similar in the last couple of months too. It really showed as the task was quick and no return visit was needed. Thank you again!
