Beyond poor professionalism between the entire team. Over 6 phone calls later we finally had some progress where the man by the name of 'Amelio' found my request too difficult and told me to call back tomorrow. Part number was supplied and on a number of occasions I was told it was available however wouldn't be able to check myself it was the correct one. Turned out they have the correct numbers inputted however customer was blamed. Unsure how these guys even sell parts with such disgusting behaviour on the phone.

Terrible customer service. The guy on the phone was extremely rude and seemed like he could't be bodered dealing whit me. Unbelivable dealing with potential customers like that! Hanged up and I will bring my business elsewere! They don't deserve it! if i'd give 0 strars if i could.

Bloody rude and very diffi ult to talk to. They made a very easy task extremely difficult and painful. The guy on the phone should not be doing customer service. This was the worst service I have had for many years. It is disapointing that such people should still bd employed in the wrecking industry in 2021.I would avoid this place at all costs
